Beth is a qualified teacher and principal and holds bachelor's degrees in education. As a qualified teacher and principal, she has served as a registered inspector for over 20 years. She conducts inspections and quality reviews across the world, including the UAE. For over 25 years, Beth has vast experience in teaching, curriculum design, assessment development and as a principal in both public and private schools across the world. She has taught and held senior leadership posts in China, Europe and the UK. Throughout her career Beth has participated in over 500 school inspections, leading many of them.

This intensive two-day programme empowers school leaders to elevate school performance and educational standards through a dual focus on strategic leadership and inspection readiness. It equips Senior Leadership Teams (SLTs) with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to drive school improvement, prepare comprehensively for inspections, and lead educational change that has lasting impact. Participants will explore key themes including educational vision and direction, strategic leadership, capacity building, accountability, sustainable development, and effective preparation for inspection frameworks. The course is built around practical tools, live modelling, and case studies to help leaders understand the full inspection process while embedding high-impact leadership practices.

Course Objectives:

1. Strategic Leadership: Strengthen leadership approaches to ensure clear vision, direction, and capacity for improvement.

2. Self-Evaluation and Documentation: Support SLTs in writing strong SEFs and SIPs that directly align with inspection standards.

3. Inspection Readiness: Prepare leaders for every stage of inspection, including interviews, documentation, facilities checks, and classroom evidence.

4. Communication and Culture: Establish a whole-school communication strategy to ensure all stakeholders understand their role in achieving school improvement and inspection success.

5. Alignment and Impact: Support schools to embed inspection frameworks across all areas of policy and practice to secure long-term impact and excellence
