Programme details:
This training course considers the various recognised theorists approaches towards child development and considers the importance of care and learning on the long-term development of young children and how to identify possible indicators of accelerated challenged or delayed development, with ideas of how to support this.
This training course identifies how a child develops and the influences that strengthen and hinder their progress.) The course will explore how to support and strengthen the resilience of children and young people, encouraging them to be aware of their own learning, to take risks and to challenge their decisions.
