Beth is a successful school improvement leader who specialises in Early Years (0-5 years) and KS1 (5-7years). She has developed a process of instant improvement that empowers teachers and provides rapid and sustained progress for children. Her main specialism is the support, training, consultancy and parental support. Beth currently works as an Independent Executive head/ Consultant providing specialist support to failing schools. She has just completed a Founding Principal at Harrow Little Lions Zhuhai. This saw the design, recruitment and operation of a new school. Currently, Beth also provides training as a consultant of Incyte International Ltd.

Programme details:

This course allows all practitioners to understand the key elements of how the environment influences children’s natural curiosity, discovery and independence. It helps delegates to create an environment that represent all aspects of learning and provides a continuous space for children to consolidate their learning, while experimenting with natural and sensory materials.Through this course, delegates will explore the key elements and growing and living, taking risks while understanding about elements of forest schools, outdoor education and teaching outside the classroom. Delegates will leave the training understanding about the principles, historical content and cultural aspects of outdoor education.
