The programme provides structured unassessed support based on the best available evidence about what makes an effective headteacher.
The programme has been designed to be a flexible as possible, incorporating a mix of wellbeing surveys and online self-study material that can be accessed at times which best suit you. Supported with a series of scheduled 1:1 coaching sessions (led by experienced international coaches) as well as peer coaching sessions with leaders from across the MENA region therefore ensuring discussions are relevant and contextualised.
You are in your first 5 years of Headship.
You have either completed a National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) before taking up your first Headship post or are currently taking the NPQH.
