After attending Beth’s online training sessions, delegates can sign-up to attend one 90 minute coaching session.

This optional coaching session provides personalised support alongside any of Beth’s completed training programmes.

Aims of the course

• To provide tailored support based on the individual leader’s role, context and current inspection readiness
• To explore the leader’s specific strengths, pressures and areas of uncertainty in relation to inspection
• To guide the leader in refining their own narrative of impact, aligned to their responsibilities
• To support the leader in identifying personal priorities that will strengthen their contribution to inspection outcomes
• To build clarity and confidence through focused professional dialogue
