Anyone who has English as a 2nd or 3rd language and would like to improve their confidence and personal impact.

For example: It’s for the School Accountant who is required to chase the fees, the School Receptionist who greets the new families, the Classroom TA who handles the anxious parent, the Security Guard who asks for the proof of ID.

Aims of the course

This programme is designed to support the employees who are currently spoken to with little, or no respect, to be able to respond confidently and professionally.
