Programme detail
This dynamic and immersive programme is designed to support those who are new to or aspiring to middle leadership and management roles, or those looking to refresh and upskill themselves in an ever-changing world. It aims to challenge and disrupt current thinking patterns, learn from best practices, make clear the roles and responsibilities of a ‘great’ leader and to empower managers to take employee engagement and inclusion into their own hands and shape the environment in which they wish to work.
This programme will include dynamic facilitated discussions, strategic thinking, thought-provoking activities, and case-study homework.
