Aims of the course
  • Develop a deeper understanding of the inclusion spectrum.   
  • Explore how to structure learning for all pupils to achieve their potential.   
  • Apply frameworks to adapt learning to meet the needs of all pupils.   
Intended outcomes
  • Knowledge – learners will explore frameworks which can be applied to a PE setting to effectively engage all pupils 
  • Mindset – learners will have the opportunity to critically review their own pedagogical approaches  
  • Action – learners will gain practical ideas for Adaptive teaching which are relevant to the individual school context.

Paul is also a UEFA A Licensed Football coach having previously worked at Sheffield United Football Club and the English Football Association.
