  • Mindset – learners will explore how to foster a high-performance and growth mindset environment in the workplace.   
  • Action – learners will gain practical ideas for effectively supporting and mentoring other adults.

Paul is co-founder, Senior PE Advisor and Director of Beyond the Physical. With over 20 years of education experience spanning Primary, Secondary and FE Paul has a wealth of experience and knowledge. Paul is also a UEFA A Licensed Football coach having previously worked at Sheffield United Football Club and the English Football Association.

During the course of the day, learners will be involved in both practical and theoretical sessions that explore the course content.   

Day One   
08:45  Registration and refreshments. 
09:00  Module 1: The role of a mentor and effective mentoring 
10:30  Coffee Break. 
11:00  Module 2: Practical observation and feedback techniques for teacher and coach development 
13:00  Lunch Break. 
14:00  Module 3: Exploring CPD, reflective action planning and goal setting processes 
15:30  Finish.
