  • Knowledge – learners will explore strategies for mentoring other adults effectively in a workplace environment including key leadership strategies. What makes a good mentor?  
  • Mindset – learners will explore how to foster a high-performance and growth mindset environment in the workplace.   
  • Action – learners will gain practical ideas for effectively supporting and mentoring other adults.

Paul is also a UEFA A Licensed Football coach having previously worked at Sheffield United Football Club and the English Football Association.

09:00  Module 1: The role of a mentor and effective mentoring 
10:30  Coffee Break. 
11:00  Module 2: Practical observation and feedback techniques for teacher and coach development 
13:00  Lunch Break. 
14:00  Module 3: Exploring CPD, reflective action planning and goal setting processes 
15:30  Finish.
