Target audience

PRIMARY and SECONDARY – Designed for teachers who have, or are aspiring to have, responsibilities for leading behaviour and/or supporting pupil wellbeing in their school.

Aims of the course

NPQLBC gives participants all of the essential knowledge, skills and concepts that underpin the successful leadership of culture and behaviour in a school.  Participants will cover ‘learn that’ and ‘learn how to’ statements in six areas:

  1. Teaching
  2. School Culture
  3. Enabling Conditions for Good Behaviour
  4. Complex Behavioural Needs
  5. Professional Development
  6. Implementation

  • Attainment of the National Professional Qualification for Leading Behaviour and Culture – NPQLBC.
