Please note:
Due to some COVID restrictions remaining in place, the programme sessions will initially be delivered virtually. They will hopefully move to a Face to Face delivery as restrictions ease.
Target audience
PRIMARY and SECONDARY – Designed for teachers who have, or are aspiring to have, responsibilities for leading behaviour and/or supporting pupil wellbeing in their school.
Aims of the course
NPQLBC gives participants all of the essential knowledge, skills and concepts that underpin the successful leadership of culture and behaviour in a school. Participants will cover ‘learn that’ and ‘learn how to’ statements in six areas:
- Teaching
- School Culture
- Enabling Conditions for Good Behaviour
- Complex Behavioural Needs
- Professional Development
- Implementation
