Her degrees and professional qualifications include a Master’s in Education, the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH), Oxford Executive Leadership Certificate and Tribal Accredited Inspector. As a leader, coach, and facilitator she has provided high quality training on school improvement. Known as an inspirational and effective strategic leader with a proven track record of successfully leading change, delivering high educational standards, managing resources, and developing systematic self-improving schools. Extremely motivated, focused, dynamic, and visionary, with the ability to communicate effectively, empower others and build teams. She is currently providing training as an Incyte International Ltd. consultant.
