About Me
With over 17 years of experience in education and behaviour, Nicola works alongside educational leaders to move beyond reactive “fire-fighting” toward a proactive, systems-based approach to SEND and behaviour.
As a PhD researcher and Headteacher of an ‘Outstanding’ SEMH school, she specialises in trauma-informed relational practice. Nicola's work is grounded in the belief that “staff are the intervention,” supporting schools to build cultures where every adult is equipped to be emotionally available and responsive.
Nicola also provides a comprehensive, wrap-around approach to inclusion—supporting leadership through strategic audits and system alignment, empowering teaching staff through mindset-driven training, and helping institutions embed sustainable, cost-effective practices that strengthen behaviour, reduce exclusions, and improve outcomes for vulnerable learners.
