1. Please note that the completion of this NPQ booking form does not guarantee your placement in the course. You will receive an email to confirm your spot in the course selected depending on placement availability.
2. Once completed, this booking form stands as a binding contractual agreement.
3. Payment must be made on receipt of the invoice and before the event.
4. If you are unable to attend, please inform us so that we can offer your place to another teacher on the waiting list.
5. Notification of cancellation of delegates must be received no later than 28 days before an event or you will incur full costs.
6. Please note that the registration fee of AED 1000+VAT is non-refundable.
7. Cancellation outside 28 - refunds will include a 15% cancellation fee to cover administration and bank transfer costs.
8. Withdrawal from the programme after being accepted by UCL will incur a 20% administrative fee for taking a place on the programme that cannot be offered to anyone else.
9. The full fee will be payable for failed attendance.
10. Infinite Learning reserves the right to cancel any event as a result of insufficient numbers to run the course or circumstances beyond its control, without incurring liability and will endeavour to give adequate notice.
11. Infinite Learning is not responsible for associated costs incurred by delegates when booking onto, attending an event or arising from cancellation/postponement.
