    Terms and Conditions – Please Read Carefully:
    1. Completion and submission of this NPQ booking form does not guarantee your place on the programme. You will receive an email confirming your place on your chosen NPQ programme depending on availability.
    2. Once completed and submitted, this booking form stands as a binding contractual agreement.
    3. The Infinite Learning Accounts Team will communicate with you or your school for anything related to the payment for your chosen NPQ programme. Payments must be made on receipt of the invoice(s) before the start of the programme.
    4. If you register with Infinite Learning for your chosen programme and then are unable to complete the registration process or start the programme for any reason, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can offer your place to another delegate on the waiting list. Failure to do this will result in you becoming liable for any associated costs.
    5. Please note that the registration fee of AED 1000 plus VAT is non-refundable.
    6. Withdrawing from the programme after being accepted by UCL will incur an administrative charge of 20% of the programme fees for taking a place on the programme that cannot be offered to anyone else.
    7. Infinite Learning reserves the right to withdraw you from your chosen programme at any point for non-payment of the fees.
    8. Infinite Learning reserves the right to cancel an NPQ programme as a result of an insufficient number of bookings or circumstances beyond its control, without incurring liability. We will endeavour to give adequate notice.
    9. Infinite Learning is not responsible for any other costs incurred by delegates to book onto a NPQ programme, attending a NPQ session/event or arising from cancellation/postponement of a NPQ session/event.

    I acknowledge the cost for the programme and agree to the payment schedule as given on the Infinite Learning NPQ website. I am aware that failure to make the payments as per the schedule will result in being withdrawn from the programme which may incur further charges. *
    I confirm that I have discussed my registration for my chosen NPQ programme with my principal/headteacher and I understand that UCL will contact them to ask them to approve my application. I acknowledge that without the approval, I will not be able to start the programme. *
    I have a very good proficiency of English language which is important to ensure positive engagement with the programme and success in the final assessment. *
