Requirements:
- Currently have or planning to recruit Early Career Teachers
- Intend to offer the UK Statutory Early Career Teacher Programme
- School has had a BSO inspection in the last 6 years
- Full membership to a DfE-recognised association (AoBSO, BSME, COBIS, FOBISIA, IAPS, LAHC, NABSS)
