This practical training introduces educators to evidence-informed yoga-based movement, relaxation and regulation strategies that support young children’s attention, engagement and social-emotional learning.
Participants explore how the developing nervous system influences behaviour and learning readiness, and learn simple, playful and age-appropriate movement, breathing and sensory-based strategies that can be integrated into everyday classroom routines and transitions.
The course focuses on realistic tools teachers can implement immediately in early years settings.
