Louise has worked in Dubai for 10 years and Hong Kong for 8. Previously with Kings' School Al Barsha, Wellington International School, and Jumeirah College, she is well placed to understand not only education and the inspection frameworks but also additional needs from identification, through support and to evidencing progress; as well as understanding the unique inclusion journey that the UAE has been on. Louise is a very rare specialist in direct 'hands on' support, senior leadership and currently serves voluntarily as Inclusion Governor for four schools. Louise writes & delivers training through her website and Infinite Learning. She works closely with Inclusion Expert to bring quality training opportunities to the Middle East. Louise is Co-Founder of the International Forums of Inclusion Practitioners and speaks frequently across many education platforms such as GESS, Outstanding Schools, Optimus Education and the Inclusion and Wellbeing MENA. The Global Inclusive Teaching Initiative (GITI) was launched in 2022. GITA, a programme of online differentiation training, written by Daniel Sobel, Carol Ann Tomlinson, Helena Wallberg, Abigail Gray and Louise is currently being trialled across the world. Louise has hosted three sessions for WhatWorksX with KHDA. Louise is also an advocate of assistive technology and works closely with tech companies to bring software to the Middle East such as Texthelp, Crick Software, IDL and Netsupport. Louise signposts local companies who had solid reputations and results, as well as products and services from other countries.
