Feedback from some of Jules’ F2F sessions.

With regards to the trainer, I have not met with a more uplifting and purposeful trainer and the positive vibe that Jules brings is contagious. She makes the session interactive and pushes everyone to think differently.

I thought Jules was a great course leader – entertaining and engaging and very well informed on her subject. She explained the subject well and steered us well without overstepping to allow us to reach our own conclusions.

I had a great time at the training – I particularly enjoyed how interactive the session was, with the different group activities. I learnt how to take a more positive approach in my role and learnt more about my personality. I found Jules to be very warm and engaging and would be happy to attend another one of her training courses!

“Jules has conducted several training sessions for us. She has had a tremendous effect on our front-line communication personnel and has enabled them to significantly raise the bar of customer service. After the course the staff that attended came back full of ideas and enthusiasm. They were greatly impressed with the content of the course, its empathetic and fun delivery and more importantly with a realization of how they can make a real difference to the organization.”

Jeanie has had a great impact on the quality of leadership at all levels in our school. She has helped us to reflect on our professional relationships and her training days are eagerly anticipated. Thanks to Jeanie’s input, we are developing a culture of open, constructive feedback in our daily working lives. Professional development goes deeper and is more personalised than before.

I love being able to look at my achievements and think “I did that”. Working with Jeanie has made me feel empowered and much more in charge.

Working with Jeanie helps to keep staff happy, healthy, and functioning well.

When I feel I am drowning, sessions with Jeanie put me back in control.
