This programme is to enable staff to understand the reasons behind behaviour and effective strategies to deal with it in the class based on Adlerian psychology.   The day will look at the 4 key goals of childrens behaviour, attention, power, revenge and discouragement. We will look at the research on good practice in supporting children to achieve their full potential and reduce challenging behaviour. The course translates theory to practical applications in the classroom to support the teacher. This course is highly recommended by teachers both in UAE that have done it and UK.

This Adlerian approach to behaviour is widely used throughout schools in both the UK, USA and wider.
