Aims of the course

Poor recruitment processes are costly and indeed time consuming. This workshop aims to deliver a combination of skills, knowledge, and processes to ensure confidence and competence in recruiting for the best person for the role. 

Additionally, it aims to examine the employee induction to ensure early engagement, good retention, and brand reputation.
