The primary objective of this session is to bridge the gap between neuroscience research findings and practical applications in early childhood settings, enhancing participant understanding and skill in fostering developmental milestones through science-informed techniques.

Karla is an Early childhood educator, consultant, and passionate advocate of play. She has been working in the early childhood field for over 15 years, with extensive experience in maintained nursery schools in London and Sure Start centres. Karla also served as Principal of an Outstanding foundation school in Dubai. She has led teams to integrate cutting-edge international early childhood research into practice, pedagogy, and ethos. Now, as a consultant, Karla continues to inspire and challenge early years practitioners in the UAE and beyond, using my platform to foster growth and excellence in the field.
