Leaders to reflect on current monitoring and evaluation work in their own settings, using a framework to structure their thinking. Specific tools offered to support leaders.

Jeremy has a passion for education with an excellent track record of success in school leadership and is a dynamic, pro-active leader and coach, empowering staff at all levels to take ownership using coaching and mentoring. He is a natural communicator with proven ability in building cohesive teams to achieve challenging targets. Jeremy served as a headteacher in two primary schools & supported headteachers via local authority engagement. Currently, he is developing an ambitious and purposeful approach to school self-evaluation, which empowers leaders at all levels and is providing training as an Incyte International LTD Consultant.

  • Framework for developing effective self-evaluation work.
  • Introduction of specific tools which might help leaders in their development.
Gap Task
  • Leaders to explore specific activities in their own setting
Session Two –

Empowerment of Leaders

  • Leaders to report back to group on what they found in gap task.
  • Explore how empowerment can be more effective than delegation.
Gap Task
  • Leaders to explore specific activities in their own setting.
Session Three –

How senior leaders might compare performance

  • Explore how tools and other methods enable senior leaders to be curious about monitoring information.
Gap Task
  • Leaders to explore specific activities in their own setting.
Concluding Session
  • Leaders to reflect on sessions and look back and forward re development in their own setting
