EYFS – Early Years, Nursery and ECE Centre Leaders and Aspiring Leaders, preparing to lead their Early Years teams, children and family into the new future of Early Years with an innovative leadership approach.
- A dedicated Early Years Leadership course, tailored to both group and individual needs and rooted in best practice and supporting leaders in responding to a new reality.
- To explore personal and professional leadership competencies and identify the key and specific skills of innovative leadership in the Early Years in a ‘new reality’.
- To consider a range of strategic and creative approaches for leading high -performance teams toward best practice in a potentially challenging climate.
- To be able to identify best practice in the EY learning and teaching team toward supporting whole school Self-Evaluation.
- To strategically plan for continuous, sustainable improvement and ‘future roofing’ best practice.
