About Me

Malcolm Greenhalgh has significant experience in education in a range of countries including the Middle East. He has led training in all of these countries and fully understands their contexts. He is an experienced lead inspector and has trained other inspectors including HMI. As a consultant he has worked as a school improvement partner supporting schools to improve and helped to get an IB school in Dubai to gain the first outstanding grading for its curriculum. Malcolm has a deep interest in developing senior leadership skills to accurately evaluate, through the Deep Dive process, each of the school’s subject areas. He is skilled in supporting leaders to gather the evidence of curriculum content, delivery and assessment, innovation and inclusion, and how these have an impact on teaching, learning and achievement.
